Overview:
BC Motorhomes is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Motorhome Parts Advisor to join our team! As the go-to expert for motorhome parts and accessories, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and the right solutions for their needs. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic work environment and a chance to grow with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Help customers identify and select the correct motorhome parts and accessories, providing expert advice on compatibility and usage.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.

Order Processing: Handle customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and address inquiries about products and shipments.

Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest motorhome parts, accessories, and industry trends to continuously enhance your expertise.

Outstanding Customer Service: Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to their needs.

Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing.

Product Cataloging: Assist in creating and maintaining product catalogs, ensuring accurate listings.

Market Monitoring: Track market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to support strategic decisions.

The Person:
As a Parts & Accessory Advisor, you must be confident, motivated, and excellent at interacting with people. You'll be expected to represent the company in a professional manner while delivering outstanding customer service. We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience within the Motorhome / Caravan / Leisure industry, although we will also consider candidates with experience in Automotive/Commercial dealership roles.

Is focused on delivering excellent customer service and has a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Has enthusiasm and is a fast learner with excellent people skills.

Pays great attention to detail and has strong organisational abilities.

Is a good multi-tasker, able to manage various tasks and priorities efficiently.

Has the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
